YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE!

Anyone who is new to CrossFit will begin with a FREE 1-on-1 Consultation with one of our dedicated coaches. The purpose of this Session is for you to experience CrossFit as it’s designed to be, to determine the best for your success, and to show you what the CrossFit Hood River community is all about.

Based on your current health and fitness levels, we’ll help you clarify your goals and set a realistic timeline to achieve them. Then we’ll determine the best path forward and how we can help you get there. After your free Intro Session, the next step is our 101 Program. 101 consists of 3 private training sessions and a group class with your On Ramp coach joining you to get you integrated. If we determine together that continuing with more private training is the right approach for you, we will figure out who the best trainer is for you and get you set up with that person.
